Sense of Space

The Creekstone™ community was built to last. Not just the homes, but the land that surrounds them and the green space between them.

Walk

We’ve made getting exercise and being green easier with over three miles of landscaped walking trails and 20 fitness stations. Walking is a great way to take steps to improve your health and reduce your carbon footprint.

Recycle

Within Creekstone, curbside recycling is available for plastics, aluminum and paper for all homes. Not only do we pick up commonly recycled items, there are opportunities throughout the year for hazardous waste like batteries, cell phones, electronics and paint cans to be dropped off for recycling. Watch the community event calendar for the next recycling event.

Plant

About 30 acres of open space has been preserved in the Creekstone™ community. This green space and many of the community trails are surrounded by native, self-maintained grasses, natural shrubs and plant life helping to reduce the need for irrigation and mowing. Homebuilders are also required to use trees in their landscaping plans ensuring that streetscapes will be tree-lined, creating shady walkways. Irrigation water is used to water greenbelt areas of Creekstone only when needed. These steps help to not only keep Creekstone surroundings beautiful; they’re kind to the planet.

Homes

If you’re looking for a green home, they’re available at Creekstone. Consider A&R Feser or Sandhollow Homes who are certified by Build Green and Energy Star®. A green home means energy efficient windows, high-grade insulation and precise duct work. It saves you money, and preserves our climate.
